Objective

To oversee and manage all Human Resources functions by attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations. The Human Resources Officer will support the salon’s operational excellence by fostering a positive workplace culture and implementing effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts, employee files, and HR documentation in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, probation periods, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring HR records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and recommendations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company standards.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and service-oriented workplace culture.

General Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification(s)

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional HR certification is an advantage.

Minimum Work Experience Required

Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources experience.

Previous experience within hospitality, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or customer service industries is preferred.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
