Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, renewals, exits)
- Handle recruitment coordination, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Coordinate with government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher)
- Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures
- Support HR reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in contracting or construction companies
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
