We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our HR team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Recruitment, Training Coordination across departments, and HR Operations. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs
Training & Development
Identify training requirements across various departments (technical, operations, admin)
Arrange and coordinate internal and external training programs
Track training effectiveness and maintain updated training records
HR Operations
Handle day-to-day HR tasks including attendance, leave, payroll support, and employee records
Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support HR initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of recruitment and training needs in industrial settings
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is an advantage
