We are hiring an HR Specialist to handle the full range of human resources activities across the business. This is a generalist role: recruitment, employee affairs, onboarding, HR operations, and day-to-day support all sit with this position. The role suits an HR professional with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who wants ownership across the whole HR function rather than a single specialization. The company name will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
About the Role:
This role is built for a capable HR generalist with practical, hands-on experience across recruitment, employee affairs, and HR operations. You'll be the main HR point of contact for the team, handling everything from hiring and onboarding to records, contracts, and daily employee questions. It suits someone organized, adaptable, and comfortable owning multiple HR areas at once. What matters most is proven capability across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Handle employee affairs — contracts, records, leave, and day-to-day employee queries
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, and keep HR data up to date
- Support HR operations — attendance, payroll inputs, and coordination with relevant departments
- Assist in applying HR policies and procedures consistently across the company
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes end to end
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Prepare basic HR reports and letters as needed
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience covering more than one area (recruitment, employee affairs, or HR operations)
- Diploma in any field — candidates with a diploma and genuine HR experience are encouraged to apply
- Practical understanding of core HR functions and the ability to handle multiple HR areas at once
- Working knowledge of Saudi labor law basics and HR processes
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and common HR tools or systems
- Professional communication in Arabic and English
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
