About the Role: As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by overseeing various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Benefits and Administration: Manage employee benefits, maintain accurate employee records, and provide administrative support.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, adhering to local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and offboarding processes with professionalism and empathy.
- HR Systems and Compliance: Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts. Utilize HR systems to track and analyze HR data.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in HR administration within a multiple industries in UAE
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and software
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR policies & processes.
