Title: Human Resources Officer

HR Coordination & Management:
Support HR functions including staffing, policy implementation, performance appraisals, training, compensation, and benefits. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and staff development.
Staffing & Performance:
Oversee recruitment processes, performance appraisals, job rotations, and preparation of employment offers. Collaborate with the General Manager (GM) and Heads of Departments (HODs) on career development initiatives and annual training plans.
Attendance & Payroll:
Monitor staff attendance and coordinate payroll documentation, including overtime, new hires, and separations. Ensure accurate communication for precise payroll processing.
Employee Relations & Communication:
Ensure employees understand HR policies and maintain clear communication between staff and management. Facilitate employee benefits, including insurance updates.
Policy Development & Reporting:
Develop and update job descriptions, organizational charts, and company policies. Prepare periodic HR reports and ensure efficient information flow across departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proficiency in English.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of labor laws, specifically Saudi labor law and its implementation.
Experience with HR government platforms such as GOSI, HRSD, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad.
Familiarity with HRDF.
