Our client is a well-established European organisation with a significant international footprint and a long-standing presence in the Middle East. Known for its strong operational culture and steady global growth, the business is now looking to strengthen its HR leadership in Saudi Arabia as part of its continued regional expansion.
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, reporting directly into the European leadership team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and wants to make a tangible impact on people strategy across two key territories.
You will lead and develop a small HR team, act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, and serve as the key link between regional operations and the wider European HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the HR team across Saudi Arabia and UAE
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for senior stakeholders in the region, reporting into Europe
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and Saudization/Emiratization compliance
- Partner with European leadership to align regional HR practices with global policy and strategy
- Support organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
- Ensure consistent HR practice and governance across both territories
Requirements
- At least 8-10+ years proven HR management experience gained within a multinational organisation
- Prior experience managing HR responsibilities across territories beyond Saudi Arabia is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law; UAE labour law experience an advantage
- Confident operating in a matrixed structure, reporting to international leadership
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the Middle East and Europe
- Fluent English and Arabic is essential
