Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including posting jobs on local platforms (e.g., Bayt, GulfTalent, LinkedIn UAE).

Coordinate interviews, visa processing, and employment contracts in compliance with MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) regulations.

Manage onboarding for new hires, including Emiratisation initiatives (if applicable), labor card processing, and medical insurance enrollment.

HR Administration & Compliance:

Maintain and update employee records in WPS (Wage Protection System)-compliant HRIS.

Assist with payroll, ensuring adherence to UAE labor law (e.g., gratuity calculations, leave balances).

Monitor employee visas, labor cards, and Emirates ID renewals.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, immigration rules, and company policies.

Employee Relations & Benefits:

Act as a liaison between employees and PRO (Public Relations Officer) for government-related processes.

Administer employee benefits (health insurance, airfare, housing allowances, etc.) per UAE standards.

Support employee engagement initiatives, considering the multicultural work environment.

Policy & Documentation:

Assist in drafting and updating HR policies in line with UAE labor law updates.

Prepare reports for management and government authorities as required.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions following legal guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 2+ years in HR in the UAE/GCC, with knowledge of local labor laws.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Bayzat, SAP HR, Oracle HCM).

Familiarity with MOHRE portal, Tasheel, and WPS.

Soft Skills:

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse environment.

Strong attention to detail for legal and documentation accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous.

Experience with Emiratisation programs (for UAE nationals).

Knowledge of payroll processing under UAE regulations.
