HR Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring HR operations align with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices. This role focuses on streamlining HR processes, enhancing compliance, and addressing hygiene issues in key HR areas such as payroll, onboarding, offboarding, travel, and hiring. The incumbent will drive accuracy in delivering hygiene HR processes, efficiency, mitigate risks, and implement sustainable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Hygiene & Standardization
Assess current HR processes to identify major inaccuracy, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and risks.
Establish clear SOPs, Working Instruction, Procedure and service-level agreements (SLAs) for key HR functions.
Develop a structured workflow for payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, and travel management to reduce errors.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation standards are maintained across HR functions.
HR Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Conduct periodic audits on all HR processes management to identify compliance risks.
Develop and implement HR compliance frameworks and governance structures.
Collaborate with legal teams to update policies in response to regulatory changes.
Address compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Attend and ensure Audit conducted such as BRC, ISO and others are successfully delivered
HR Process Automation & Technology Adoption
Identify opportunities to digitize HR processes and reduce manual interventions.
Implement HR technology solutions such as HRIS, payroll systems, and automated onboarding offboarding travel hiring tools.
Work with IT to enhance data security and compliance in HR systems.
Perfect Candidate will be,
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, tax regulations, and compliance standards relevant to HR.
Familiarity with HRIS, data analytics, and process automation tools to drive HR efficiency.
Experience in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in HR operations.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks and optimize HR processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance and process issues into clear, actionable solutions.
