We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong computer literacy and organization skills. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office procedures and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

Perform various administrative tasks assigned on a daily basis.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize computer software to prepare court filings.
Process outgoing mail.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong computer skills are essential; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
