Title: HR Specialist
Location: Riyadh – Al Sahafah District

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure and within teams.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with KSA HR platforms is a plus (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
- 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Responsibilities:
- Support talent acquisition (job ads, initial screening, interview coordination).
- Assist with onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
- Help implement HR policies/procedures and ensure labor law compliance.
- Contribute to HR reports and dashboards for key metrics.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
