We are looking to hire an HR Onboarding Associate, who will be responsible for supporting the HR Team to conducting orientation sessions, providing ongoing support to new joiners to ensure a smooth transition into the company. This role is for our client based in Dubai, a leading hospitality company.
This position will have an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.
The role sits within the HRDepartment and reports directly to the Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain onboarding materials, checklists, and resources.
Ensure to collect all required documents (Photo, visa, passport copy, Emirates ID) and provide to the relevant department to process the visa.
Ensure all required forms, documents, and training records are accurately maintained and up to date.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, providing an overview of company policies, culture, and benefits.
Assist new hires in completing required documentation.
Assist to set up bank accounts.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout their onboarding journey.
Provide information on company policies, procedures, and available resources.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including IT setup, workspace preparation, and equipment provisioning.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 2-5 years of experience in onboarding, HR, or related fields.
Has 2+ years of experience working in fast paced environment and managed 30 – 50 on-boarding per month.
Should have 2+ years of experience working with hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor law.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in any HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
