MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Aligning business objectives with key stakeholders and employees in designated business functions. Provides People expertise and counsel to management covering a full range of HR disciplines including organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, career development, compensation, and workforce planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree/Master Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering is preferable
Experienced as HR Business Partner minimal 10 years
Good knowledge of employment law
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule
