We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role will play an essential part in streamlining administrative processes and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Role Overview:
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR team in various areas, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and have a passion for helping employees and supporting HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
Prepare and manage employee documentation, including onboarding paperwork, contracts, and personnel files
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and maintaining records
Assist with HR-related inquiries, such as company policies, benefits, and employee relations issues
Prepare and distribute HR communications, such as policy updates and announcements
Assist with payroll processing by providing necessary information and ensuring accuracy
Help manage and track employee leave and attendance records
Support HR team members with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing events
Qualifications
:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a similar field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is a plus
Basic understanding of HR processes, employment law, and compliance (preferred)
