Our Firm is looking for a Legal Assistant, who is available to work 40hrs a week.
Legal Assistant is responsible for providing effective client case procedures for corresponding department area for all client cases. Legal Assistant is required to provide excellent client services, in-depth knowledge of Government regulations and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department. Legal Assistant works and communicates closely with the department manager.
Essential Functions
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming client case work and conduct knowledge requests
Processes case work and changes according to established department policies and procedures
Provides timely feedback to the department’s manager regarding case processes or client concerns
Partners with the department team to meet and exceed client case work flow expectations and goals.
