Candidates must have the ability to perform a variety of complex duties accurately and in a timely manner with limited supervision, possess exceptional analytical, communication, organizational skills and the drive to learn and grow within the position. Excellent grammar & proof-reading skills, strict attention to detail, proficiency in e-filing/e-service applications.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: managing case files; preparing correspondence, pleadings and discovery; service and e-filing of pleadings and discovery; scheduling depositions, mediations and hearings; managing attorney calendar; monitoring files to ensure compliance with court mandated deadlines.
