- Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational, compliance and executive leadership teams.

- Strong knowledge of Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) and experience advising on physician practice structures, MSOs and related healthcare regulatory matters.
- Experience supporting healthcare providers, physician groups, MSOs, rehabilitation providers, home health organizations or other healthcare services businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity would be well suited to an attorney who enjoys working closely with the business and has a strong combination of commercial contracting expertise and Corporate Practice of Medicine experience, supporting healthcare organizations on complex operational and regulatory matters.
