A Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm with a market-leading reputation in healthcare law is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to its well-established Healthcare Regulatory team in Manchester.
Working with high-profile clients across the healthcare sector, you will manage a high-quality caseload of complex regulatory matters including inquests, professional discipline, public inquiries, and data protection issues. You will also play a key role in client relationship management and support wider business development efforts.
The Role
Run a varied caseload of regulatory matters: inquests, disciplinary proceedings, public inquiries, CQC issues, and statutory regulator defence (GMC, GDC, GPhC, NMC, etc.)
Assist with business development strategy and sector growth in Manchester
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers within a collaborative team
Meet billing targets while maintaining high standards of service
The Candidate
Senior Associate with solid healthcare regulatory experience
Commercially astute and driven to grow a practice
Strong advocacy and advisory skills with an interest in client development
Ambitious, collaborative and ready for a new challenge
