HSSE Management:
Implement and manage HSSE policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Manage incident and accident investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up actions.
Traffic Safety Management:
Implement traffic management plans to ensure the safety of workers and the public during the highway widening project.
Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to minimize traffic disruptions and ensure compliance with traffic regulations.
Monitor traffic conditions and implement adjustments to traffic management plans as necessary.
Training and Development:
Conduct HSSE and traffic safety training for all project personnel, ensuring they are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct safety orientation sessions for new employees and contractors
Others:
Implement emergency response plans and procedures for the project.
Ensure all site personnel are familiar with emergency procedures.
Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal health and safety regulations.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personnel protective equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.
