Job Summary

The Job holder shall be responsible for the implementation and supervision of programs and events (workshops, meetings, training courses, celebrations) organized by the Ministry of Public Health; Provide protocol services from receiving, escorting and securing accommodation and transportation of VIPs, guests and visitors to the ministry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Plan event and protocols program and understand the regulatory standards set by the MOPH in details, and always be aware of any changes or developments in these standards.

2. Supervise the activities of the Ministry of Public Health in exhibitions inside and outside the country.

3. Participate with the Ministry of Public Health in national and social celebrations.

4. Participate in the implementation of the Ministry's public information campaigns and accompanying the Minister of Public Health and senior management in official visits locally, regionally, and internationally.

5. Coordinate the work between departments during the implementation of events and receptions, and external parties.

6. Manage the team responsible for events and protocols to ensure all the rules of the Ministry and the state are being abided by.

7. Manage the requests and complaints from the public, refer them to the concerned administrative units and respond to their inquiries.

8. Strive for customers' satisfaction through gaining knowledge about their opinions on quality areas of health services provided and recommend improvement.

9. Engage to achieve effective communication with the audience as well as mutual interaction between the Ministry and its target audience by its services.

10. Perform training for the team on events and Public relations skills.

11. Ensure compliance with the MOPH laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.

12. Perform other duties as requested to meet the ongoing organizational needs.

Essential Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or any other relevant field.

Essential Experience

Based on the education and experience, the grade would vary in line with the HR law.
