As the Head of Real Estate Policies and Studies, you will be a central figure in aligning the emirate’s land and property regulations with its ambitious growth strategy. From collaborating with developers to crafting legal studies and setting standards, your work will shape how real estate is governed and grown in RAK for the next decade.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, review, and execution of the department’s operational plan and performance KPIs, in line with broader strategic goals.
Conduct legal research and real estate policy studies to support sector reform and advise on administrative issues.
Draft recommendations on real estate regulations and provide legal opinions on key strategic and operational matters.
Ensure that procedures and decisions are fully aligned with legal frameworks and compliant with local legislation.
Engage with developers, courts, and data authorities to foster investment and real estate sector growth. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (Master’s a plus)7+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a specialized real estate or policy setting
Strong understanding of real estate legal frameworks and municipal governance
Proven ability to lead strategic reviews, write legal opinions, and collaborate across government and private sectors
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English preferred Why Join?
