Job Summary:

The Head of Public & Corporate Affairs is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with government authorities, regulators, media, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, and industry bodies.

Monitor policy and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and advocating for favorable policies.

Oversee corporate reputation management, media relations, and crisis communication.

Represent the company in industry associations, public forums, and stakeholder meetings.

Develop and implement public affairs strategies that align with business goals.

Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and policy alignment.

Track and analyze political, economic, and industry trends to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Communications, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications.

Strong network within government, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills.

Experience managing high-stakes public relations and policy advocacy.

Ability to handle sensitive information and navigate complex regulatory environments.

Strong analytical skills to assess policy impact on business operations.
