Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnership Funding to lead our efforts in managing key relationships with banks, regulators (OJK), and investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial partnerships, regulatory engagement, and fundraising strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to secure funding partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OJK (Financial Services Authority), banks, and institutional investors.
Lead lobbying efforts to ensure compliance and favorable regulatory conditions for the company’s financial operations.
Identify and negotiate funding opportunities, including syndicated loans, bonds, and other financing instruments.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance) to structure and execute funding deals.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Represent the company in meetings, forums, and industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in partnership management, corporate funding, investment banking, or financial regulatory affairs.
Proven track record in securing funding from banks, investors, or capital markets.
Strong network and established relationships with OJK, banks, and financial institutions in Indonesia.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and fundraising instruments.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
