XTEND is seeking a dynamic COO to lead our Europe-based operations, specializing in advanced drone solutions for defense, law enforcement, and homeland security (HLS). This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and growth across our supply chain and back-office functions.
Your Mission:
Oversee and optimize all operational aspects in Europe, including supply chain (purchasing, logistics, quality, production), and company programs.
Serve as the key liaison between the European team and XTEND’s global functions in Israel (Finance, IT, HR, etc.).
Drive operational strategies that support growth, efficiency, and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Provide strong operational leadership, ensuring seamless coordination between local and global teams.
Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements to maximize production output.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure cost-effective logistics.
Represent global finance, HR, and IT locally, ensuring alignment with Xtend’s policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in operations and supply chain, including production.
Proven ability to lead and optimize manufacturing and logistics.
Excellent problem-solver and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
Willing to relocate to Europe.
Bonus Points:
Experience in aerospace, defense, or hardware manufacturing.
Knowledge of EU business regulations.
Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools.
