Role Overvie
wHead of Litigation (Barrister) will join the in-house Legal team and act as a strategic legal advisor across the group’s regulated brokerage, payments, and digital asset operations
.This role requires a commercially astute legal professional capable of navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments while supporting business growth and protecting the organization from legal and regulatory risk
.
Responsibiliti
- esProvide legal advisory support on financial services regulations, brokerage (FX/CFDs), payments, and digital asset activiti
- esDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including client agreements, liquidity provider contracts, PSP agreements, and technology/vendor contrac
- tsSupport licensing applications and regulatory submissions across global jurisdictio
- nsAdvise on corporate governance, board documentation, and cross-border structuring matte
- rsManage disputes and coordinate with external counsel when requir

Requireme
- ntsQualified Lawyer / Barrister from a recognized common law jurisdiction (UK preferr
