Head of Legal – Sports Industry Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at Charterhouse Middle East
Charterhouse is working with a leading name within the sports and marketing industry who are looking to hire a Head of Legal to cover their business activities across the Middle East and South Asia (MESA) region.
This role will work very closely with their legal team in the group function in Asia but will have complete oversight and responsibility for the MESA activities . It will be a generalist role , assisting with multiple areas across commercial and corporate activities .Due to the broad coverage, the Head of Legal can expect exposure to various areas such as :
Legal support and advice across the group’s business activities
Drafting commercial contracts
General advice on company structure and formation
Overseeing governance and compliance
Acting as company secretary across various entities
This is an outstanding opportunity for a generalist commercial lawyer with an interest in sports to join an organization at the forefront of the sports industry in the MESA region.
To be considered, the ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years PQE in commercial law . Prior experience in the sports industry is highly advantageous , but a strong passion and interest in sports is essential.
