Job Description
- Serve as the lead legal advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Define and execute the organization's legal and corporate affairs strategy.
- Oversee all corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder support.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations.
- Lead contract negotiation and review for strategic commercial agreements.
- Manage external counsel and optimize legal spend.
- Mitigate legal and reputational risks through proactive advisory and governance frameworks.
- Oversee labor and employment legal matters, including dispute prevention and management.
- Support expansion initiatives, acquisitions, leasing, permits, and real estate transactions.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 15+ years of progressive legal experience.
- Significant experience as Head of Legal, Legal Director, General Counsel, or senior legal leader.
- Experience supporting multi-site or highly regulated organizations.
- Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, governance, compliance, labor law, and regulatory matters.
- Proven experience advising C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
What's on Offer
$150,000 – $180,000 mxn gross monthly + benefits above the law
