Arnold Ash have been retained to identify and attract a Head of Legal services at a market leading (SAAS) services supplier to the iGaming industry.
The successful Head of Legal will act as a trusted advisor to the COO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team, offering expert guidance on legal, regulatory, contractual, operational, and privacy‑related matters. The role requires a highly experienced legal professional with strong business acumen, excellent judgement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Legal / Legal Director include:
- Legal Strategy & Governance
- Regulatory, Privacy & Compliance Oversight
- Contract Management & Commercial Enablement
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure legal alignment, operational excellence, and clear division of responsibilities
- Risk Management & Business Protection
- Corporate Affairs & External Representation
- Law degree
- 8+ years PQE
- Proven experience as Senior Legal Counsel or equivalent senior in‑house role.
