Job Summary
Provide strategic legal counsel to

Key Responsibilities
Draft and review in-house legal documents, including contracts, standard terms and conditions, and forms for internal and external use, as well as publications and marketing materials.
Negotiate and review customer contracts and business terms to secure optimal agreements with third-party intermediaries or clients.
Offer legal advice and support on new and proposed projects, and assist in developing

financial products for clients.
Lead, mentor, and manage the legal team to ensure high performance and
