Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate contracts
Advise on governance and compliance (global/ Cayman)
Support product, business, and legal strategy
Monitor crypto and DAO legal developments
Manage external legal counsel
Requirements
5+ years legal Web3 experience
Expertise in corporate and digital asset law
Familiarity with DAOs and decentralized systems
Strong contract, advisory, and communication skills
JD or equivalent; bar admission
