A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead its Conveyancing team.

As Head of Conveyancing, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents and other key stakeholders
Implement and develop strategies to grow the department and firm in the wider market
Work collaboratively with the Conveyancing team to consistently hit financial targets and deliver excellent client service
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Directly manage a small team of Conveyancers, taking responsibility for their success and growth
Handle your own caseload of files including freehold, leasehold, transfers of equity and remortgages
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Experienced in handling your own caseload of files across a range of residential conveyancing matters
Previous experience in a Managerial/Deputy/Assistant Manager role is ideal
A passion for developing others and seeing them succeed
Excellent communication and organisation skills
