  • Support the CCO in driving the AML Governance pillar, including financial crime risk assessments, policy governance & maintenance, training, enterprise risk assessments and continuous strengthening of AML controls.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Act as the ultimate escalation point for high-risk cases and complex investigations, diving into details to provide guidance and definitive resolutions
  • Drive improvements in onboarding efficiency, conversion rates, and turnaround time
  • Ensure operational readiness for regulatory audits, inspections, and internal reviews

Management Information & Governance

  • Establish timely and accurate Management Information (MI) to measure operational efficiency (e.g. turnaround time, onboarding volumes, cost per case, capacity utilization, and risk trends)
  • Analyse MI to identify gaps, trends, and areas of concern, and recommend remedial actions to ensure sustainable control effectiveness

Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

  • Partner closely with Compliance, Business, R&D, Marketing, and Technology teams through governance forums, working groups, and regular engagements to embed effective AML controls within new products, services and operational processes.
