This is a key leadership role where you will shape compliance strategies, collaborate with senior executives, and ensure our business operates with integrity and transparency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head of Compliance is a strong advantage

7+ years of experience in financial compliance and regulatory matters

Expert knowledge of MiFID II, MiFIR, AML 6th EU Directive, AML/CTF regulations, and international sanctions

Familiarity with regulatory reporting and communication with authorities

Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management practices

Excellent reporting and record-keeping skills

Business acumen paired with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex regulations

Strong communication and leadership skills

Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and verbal)

Degree in Law; Certified Compliance Professional is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee compliance control systems to prevent or address legal and policy violations

Continuously evaluate and enhance the efficiency of internal controls

Identify risks or non-conformities through periodic reviews of procedures and reports

Draft, modify, and implement company policies and guidelines

Collaborate with senior management and various departments to monitor regulatory enforcement

Assess new business ventures for potential compliance risks

Provide advice, training, and compliance oversight to colleagues

Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in compliance control

Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory authorities
