About Reef Holding:
Reef Holding continues to expand its retail and commercial operations across Saudi Arabia and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Legal Contracts to lead the Group’s commercial contracts function and ensure strong legal protection across business transactions and strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
As the Head of Commercial Legal Contracts, you will lead and manage all commercial contracting activities across the Group, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing local and international contracts and agreements. You will play a key role in protecting the Group’s legal interests, managing contractual risks, and supporting business growth through effective legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Contracts Management:
Lead the preparation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts and agreements
Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, investors, and other stakeholders
Oversee franchise, distribution, and agency agreements
Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and investment activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is preferred
8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts, corporate legal affairs, or a related field
Strong experience in commercial contracts, franchising, distribution, and agency agreements
Skills & Competencies:
Strong contract drafting and legal review capabilities
Excellent legal negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong ability to identify and assess contractual legal risks
In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to commercial contracts, franchising, distribution, and agency agreements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a commercial contracts team
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
