Ghana Post Company Limited, the Designed National Postal Operator wit over 320 post offices and 380 postal agencies nationwide has the following vacancy to fill: Head – Legal
Role Summary: Provision of legal advice on contract negotiations, management and administration to protect the legal interest of the Company. Directly reports to the Company Solicitor.
Main Responsibility
Vet title documents and draft legal documents for the Company,
Collate data and provide inputs in the preparation of periodic and annual reports.
Undertake legal research, draft legal opinions, reports etc
Liaise with external solicitor and update management periodically on referred cases.
Perform any other functions that may be assigned by the Managing Director and the Board of Directors.
Qualification Required & Experience
A Lawyer of good standing with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience.
