Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre- Litigation Attorney to join our highly regarded legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in settling Personal Injury cases, prior to litigation. This role involves critical communications with clients and building rapport with them, insight into medical treatment and case valuation, based on a plethora of variables. Must have a minimum of 3 years of recent, direct Personal Injury pre-litigation experience to be considered for this position.
Duties
Represent clients
Conduct thorough investigations on cases
Draft cohesive demand letters, with the use of our staff
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Collaborate with our in-house litigation team
Manage a heavy caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of client service.
Qualifications
Florida Bar License
Proven experience in pre- litigation, with a focus on personal injury law
Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
This position has a guaranteed base salary, along with a generous per case bonus.
