Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement governance frameworks in alignment with industry best practices and applicable regulatory standards.
- Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise, operational, and technology risks, and develop mitigation plans with continuous follow-up.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop, review, and update GRC policies, procedures, and frameworks on a regular basis.
- Review and assess the organization’s internal policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, governance principles, and risk management standards.
- Implement compliance programs and conduct periodic compliance assessments, control testing, and gap analyses.
- Prepare and present periodic reports related to governance, risk, and compliance to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities, internal auditors, and external auditors.
- Promote a strong culture of governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization through awareness initiatives and training programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance within a corporate, regulatory, or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (essential).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
