We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Government Relations Intern to assist our Government Affairs team in advancing our legislative and regulatory priorities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in public policy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement by supporting ongoing research, communications, and administrative efforts related to government relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct policy research and draft briefing materials, policy summaries, and reports

Support the planning and execution of advocacy events, hearings, and briefings

Help manage contact databases, meeting notes, and other administrative tasks

Draft memos, talking points, and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders

Attend virtual or in-person meetings, webinars, or hearings as needed

Collaborate with human resources, business development, and other departments as necessary

Requirements

Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with policy tracking tools is a plus

Professional demeanor and discretion in handling sensitive information
