We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in government relations, policy research, and public sector collaboration.
Who should apply:
- Recent graduates or students in their final semester
- Individuals with a strong interest in public policy, government relations, or social impact
What you’ll do:
- Identify and map relevant government bodies, ministries, agencies, and policy stakeholders across federal, provincial, and municipal levels
- Research public programs, grants, funding opportunities, and workforce development initiatives aligned with accessibility and employment
- Track and analyze policies related to employment, accessibility, skills development, and inclusion
- Support outreach efforts – draft emails, coordinate meetings, and build relationships with public sector partners
- Assist in preparing briefing notes, partnership proposals, and meeting summaries
- Help maintain a structured database of stakeholders, programs, and engagement progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to align policy insights with ongoing projects and partnerships
- Contribute to compliance research and documentation where required
What we’re looking for:
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex policy or program information into actionable insights
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Background in public policy, political science, law, business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
