To ensure full compliance with governmental regulations by managing all official interactions and overseeing the issuance, renewal, and follow-up of branch licenses, commercial registrations, and all required documentation across various governmental platforms related to the medical group.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain professional relationships with relevant government entities (e.g., Ministry of Health, Ministry of Commerce, , Civil Defense, etc.).
Oversee the issuance and renewal of commercial registrations, municipal permits, Civil Defense approvals, and Ministry of Health licenses for all branches.
Coordinate the opening of new branches and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Represent the company in official visits and governmental communications.
Maintain and regularly update all company information across government platforms (e.g., Balady, Seha, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.).
Follow up and resolve any violations or observations from regulatory authorities.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of licenses, permits, and legal compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth regulatory operations and documentation.
Stay up to date with relevant government regulations and health sector requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of regulations related to licensing and operation of healthcare or commercial facilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and compliance tracking.
Familiarity with online government platforms and e-services.
Ability to travel and attend in-person meetings with government authorities as needed.
