Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of corporate governance principles in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and regularly update governance documents, including policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Ensure transparency and proper disclosure in reports according to applicable regulatory standards.
• Review delegation of authority and responsibilities to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and regulations.
• Prepare governance reports and disclosures related to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with governance and disclosure obligations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration,Corporate Governance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Legal Affairs, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of CMA regulations, Tadawul disclosure requirements, and governance best practices.
• Holder of the Certification (GRCP / CCO / GRC).
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
• Professional certifications in Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management are a plus.
• Experience working in listed companies or regulated sectors is highly preferred.
