Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Governance & Compliance Consultant located in Riyadh. The Governance & Compliance Consultant will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, analyzing and interpreting data for compliance issues, and preparing compliance reports. Other day-to-day tasks include working effectively within the team and communicating compliance-related information to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law
Certifications in compliance or governance
5+ years of experience in governance and compliance
Experience in internal compliance evaluations, risk registers, audit and daily governance and compliance operations
Ability to preparing governance reports and supporting advisory boards and committees with relevant data
ISO 37000 and ISO 37302 Certification
Strong Analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Understanding of local and international regulatory requirements
