Key Responsibilities:

* **Global Operations Strategy Planning and Execution:** Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute global operations strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.

Establish and optimize operational processes globally to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Participate in the development of annual business plans and monitor and evaluate operational performance.

* **Supply Chain and Production Management:** Design, manage, and optimize the global supply chain to ensure its stability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee the operation of global production facilities to ensure production meets quality standards, delivery times, and cost requirements.

Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes to ensure on-time delivery and control supplier quality and costs.

* **Quality Control and Standardization:** Ensure all aspects of global operations meet the company's established quality standards and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Drive product and service standardization to ensure uniformity and consistency across regional operations.

Monitor the global quality management system and coordinate quality management efforts in different regions to ensure timely resolution of global quality issues.

* **Cost Optimization and Resource Management:** Optimize operating costs globally and promote cross-regional resource sharing and synergies.

Manage budgets to ensure effective resource utilization and cost control.

Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities through data analytics and operational reporting.

Cross-Regional Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with regional operations teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between global and local operations.

Supervise and mentor regional operations managers, providing strategic and tactical support to ensure operations in all locations align with global strategic requirements.

Report regularly to senior management on global operations, offering recommendations and improvement measures.

Technology and Digital Transformation: Drive the digital transformation of global operations, employing advanced technologies and data analytics tools to optimize operational efficiency.

Lead digital projects, including the application of technologies such as automation, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI), to improve operations and productivity.

Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to ensure the company's continued competitive advantage in operations.

Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and assess potential risks in global operations, including supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and market volatility.

Develop and implement contingency plans and risk management strategies for global operations.

Ensure the company's operations worldwide comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, International Trade, or related fields.

At least 25 years of global operations management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management position.

Experience in multinational corporation operations is preferred, especially in coordinating and managing operations across multiple regions.

Professional Skills:

In-depth understanding of global supply chain management, production processes, logistics, cost control, and quality management.

Proficient in global operations management tools and technologies (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics tools).

Familiar with international trade rules, legal compliance requirements for multinational operations, and industry best practices.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills; able to manage diverse teams and unleash their potential.

Outstanding decision-making ability; able to make informed decisions in complex and rapidly changing environments.

Good cross-departmental collaboration and coordination skills; able to work closely with various departments (e.g., R&D, sales, finance).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong business acumen and data analysis skills; able to identify operational bottlenecks through data and implement improvement measures.

Capable of resolving complex global operational challenges and quickly implementing effective countermeasures.
