Then this role might be the right fit for you: As Global Legal Counsel (m/f/d), you will take on legal responsibility for all group-wide matters—excluding labor law—in a pivotal standalone position. You will report directly to the CFO and play an active role in ensuring the legal integrity and future development of our international business.

Your Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.

External Law Firms: Manage relationships with external law firms, including selecting firms, overseeing their work, and ensuring cost-effective legal services.

International Coordination: Coordinate legal matters with affiliates in different countries, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.

Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for employees on relevant legal topics and company policies.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations and strategic initiatives.

Dispute Resolution: Handle and manage litigation and arbitration matters, working closely with external counsel as needed.

Intellectual Property: Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, antitrust, and environmental laws.

Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What You Should Bring To The Role

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.

Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate legal department or law firm.

Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High ethical standards and professional integrity.
