Expanding & fast paced Monmouth County personal injury/Worker’s Compensation law firm seeking hard working highly motivated person who is capable of working independently. Applicant should possess experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation. Prior law office experience is required. We are looking for a team player, someone with versatility & excellent interpersonal skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficient in the handling of Workers’ Compensation & Personal Injury cases;
4 to 5 years experience minimum
Prepare & file pleadings;
Prepare correspondence & other documents;
Answer inbound calls & respond to inbound emails;
Draft letters, memos & legal documents for attorney review and/or filing;
Prepare & edit documents & legal forms;
General office duties to include, but not be limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, answering phones;
Must have good written & verbal skills, good attention to detail, strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
Experienced in maintaining electronic files.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
