Paesano Akkashian, PC (“PA”), is a well-respected boutique law firm that specializes in complex commercial litigation. PA is seeking to fill an entry level litigation assistant position with a motivated, driven candidate looking to learn more about the legal field. Candidates can expect to handle day-to-day litigation matters, including assisting on court filings, trial preparation, discovery compilation, and other matters. As you become more comfortable with litigation, this position would allow you to transition into a paralegal position, if interested. This position is not a remote position. While PA is flexible on remote work when necessary, candidates should expect to be in the office on a regular basis.
Ideal candidates will have one to three years of administrative experience, preferably at a law firm (though not required), and be excited about the prospect of learning about trial strategy, court procedure, and being given hands-on opportunities to work on interesting and diverse cases.
