Hybrid in Westchester County (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 plus benefits
Requirements: Experience with trial preparation, defense, litigation, slip and fall cases. Casualty experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and retrieve case information from court-related databases and online sources.
Organize and analyze case materials for expert witness review.
Review, categorize, and manage document productions from opposing parties and co-defendants.
Summarize transcripts and identify key case documents.
Draft subpoenas and maintain detailed logs of records received.
Manage case files and ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required;
Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
Experience in insurance defense is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
