What You’ll Do:
Schedule and coordinate appointments, keeping our team organized and on track.
File legal documents and maintain case files with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
Draft basic correspondence and assist with the preparation of legal documents.
Gather information to support our legal team in achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
Learn legal terminology and procedures directly from experienced professionals.
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring exceptional client service.
