Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Data entry
Creating and scanning files into case management system
Must be able to work with Word and Adobe and have strong computer skills
Answer phones and provide customer service
Cover front desk when needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Flexible schedule M-F
Work well with others
