Associate Attorney – Family Law
Join our innovative hybrid law practice that focuses on family law, estate planning and estate administration. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with family law cases, including, but not limited to, divorce, custody and support matters
– Assist with drafting discovery requests and responses, and review of financial documents
– Attend and represent clients in court appearances
– Legal Research
– Drafting legal documents
Qualifications:
– A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
– Bar admission in Pennsylvania
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Willingness to work in an innovative virtual practice
– Family Law experience is preferred
